These terms provide general conditions for PT4You. Session arrangements, screening information and any specific booking terms will be discussed with you before training begins.
1. About PT4You
PT4You is a mobile personal training service operated by Agnes. One-to-one sessions are delivered at clients’ homes by arrangement, primarily in Wynyard, Sedgefield and surrounding areas, Billingham and Stockton-on-Tees.
2. Using this website
The information on this website is provided to explain PT4You’s services and help you decide whether to start a conversation. It is general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, copy its content for commercial use without permission or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Health, safety and suitability
Exercise carries inherent risks. Before training begins, you must provide complete and accurate information about relevant health conditions, symptoms, injuries, medication, pregnancy or other circumstances that could affect safe participation.
- You may be asked to complete health-screening information.
- PT4You may request medical clearance before providing or continuing a service.
- You should stop exercising and tell Agnes immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or become unwell.
- In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Agnes may decline, pause or adapt a session where she reasonably believes it would be unsafe or outside her professional scope to continue.
4. Sessions at your home
You are responsible for providing a reasonably safe, clean and suitable space in which to exercise. Please identify hazards, pets, trip risks, damaged flooring or any other issue that could affect the session. Agnes will bring the portable equipment planned for your session and may alter exercises to suit the space available.
5. Bookings, prices and payment
Session availability is agreed directly with Agnes. Prices range from £20 to £25 per 60 minutes session, depending on location. No hidden costs! The applicable session price, availability, payment timing and any package details will be confirmed before booking.
Prices may change. A change will not retrospectively alter a service that has already been paid for unless agreed with you.
6. Rescheduling and cancellations
Please tell Agnes as soon as possible if you need to move or cancel a session. Any cancellation, late-arrival or package terms that apply to your booking will be explained and agreed during the booking process.
7. Results and your responsibilities
PT4You will provide professional instruction, support and appropriate progression, but individual outcomes vary. No particular result, weight change, performance level or timescale is guaranteed. Your results will be influenced by attendance, effort, health, recovery, nutrition, lifestyle and other factors.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, PT4You is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, disregard of safety instructions, unsafe premises or circumstances outside reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
The PT4You name, logo, website design, written content and original imagery are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without prior permission.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the PT4You Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive or urgent information through WhatsApp.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you hold.
