About Me

Ever since a young age I have always been fascinated with my own fitness and physique. Being a very active athlete since school, i began to see the results of training myself and seeing the impact it made not only to my fitness but also to my body image and confidence. Having had this fascination, lead me to study sports science both at college and university, which took my interest even further.

Now working as a personal trainer I am able to use my extensive knowledge from my studies of the human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and nutrition and put it into practice through my different training methods. This gave me the advantage and edge needed to even train myself and see the results through the sessions given while personal training.

Such sessions have included interval training, heart rate zone training, circuit training, power training, plyometrics training and pyramid training with weights and core stability with balance.  This invaluable advantage allowed me to highlight and promote the advantages of changing ones fitness routine and diet and improve ones fitness and conditioning in a more constructive and in a more positive direction.   With the different variations of training detains the body from the plateau effect and keeps the body guessing. Individuals thus remain motivated through each training session which has made personal training more enjoyable.

The tailor made programmes and diet plans orientated towards individual needs is something which I find stimulating and is something I strive upon while working as a personal trainer.  Being highly driven and passionate about my own well being,  I find it easy when motivating and encouraging others around me them to take realistic steps forward. The progression will come as long as the training and diet is controlled. This has lead to many achieving there results and desired outcomes in realistic time which has been on a healthy scale.

The challenge is always there when it comes to training others but the inner rewards are priceless when witnessing ones improvement and change in health, fitness, shape, size, posture, strength and most important mental well being!

The difference between impossible and possible is within ones determination to succeed!
