Having been a gym member for many years and with my time restraints with work, I found getting results difficult with the normal gym routine. I tried different trainers and different training methods but the weight was not shifting. I found a good balance with diet and training and saw some results; however I needed more motivation and decided to use Anil as my trainer.

Starting with Anil was the best decision made, I found his encouragement and his happy personality drove me to push that little bit extra when in the past I may have given up. With his training I could see why he had such a big client base where he worked and why all his clients had got the results with him. He put me through my paces with the first initial 5 weeks of training to get me up to speed. This included 2 sessions a week with early morning starts beginning at 6am!!
We then began a 6 week programme with 2/3 sessions a week which I found gruelling but very rewarding as this is where the transition happened. He explained that shocking the systems through working in different movement’s different planes allowed more muscles to be recruited and hence allow more calories to be burned. We used a variety of training techniques which included, tabata training, circuit training, skipping, kettebells, spinning, shuttle and speed ladder work and finished off with boxing!! Some of the training I had never done before and could see what I was missing out on!! His knowledge and commitment was second to none and was always providing alternatives when things got easier or difficult!

We would measure my body fat percentage before and after our training every 2 weeks to see the results and each week I could see my weight dropping and also see my change in shape!! We began seeing results and we used a training weighted jacket which made things tougher but we got the results in a quicker time! At this point I was in between jobs and was moving to Dubai. Even while I was in Dubai I kept the training going and anytime I was back in the U.K I would go back to Anil for the training as without his guidance and help I would not have achieved the results I have today!!
