Anil is an excellent trainer; he is motivating, encouraging and knowledgeable. He always pushes me on to finish my reps or lift a heavier weight when I would have given up long before.
I began training with Anil when I was out of shape and very unfit with a unhealthy diet. I decided I needed to start exercise even though I did not enjoy it to begin with. Anil explained the exercises to me, told me which areas I was working and how it would benefit me, constantly ensuring that I was performing them correctly.
Anil is a sensitive trainer – he has the ability to recognize when you are having a bad day and adapts your programme accordingly (and puts up with your bad moods!). He is proud of you and the achievements you make and rewards you with praise and encouragement for your progress and effort – which is inspiration enough to push yourself further. Anil is always on hand with hints and tips on diet, exercise and health in general.
He really enjoys what he does and it shows in his enthusiasm and knowledge, and it’s catching – I find myself telling others the information that Anil tells me. Due to his contagious attitude to training I really began to feel good and enjoyed my training sessions with him. I would always look forward to training with Anil and doing the training twice a week transformed my body. I got muscle gains with definition and got a 6 pack which I never thought id be able to get. However, I have surpassed my objectives and it’s all been down to Anils support and knowledge through exercise and nutrition!!
I would recommend Anil to anybody who is looking for a Personal Trainer – he is honest and firm but friendly and easy to get on with and, most importantly, he gets results.
